Wicked Bakes was established in 2020 but our story began several years before when our Founder, Gianina, baked her first fondant cake for a school project in 2008. Ever since, she has been perfecting her craft and has expanded well beyond cakes. Inspired by her favorite pastry chefs from around the world, including several renowned British chefs, she has specialized in a vast array of European desserts including Petit Gateus and Macarons. In addition to her love for the exploration of recipes from different cultures, she bring her own cultural twists to these European desserts, infusing Hispanic flavors and techniques passed on through her grandmother and greatgrandmother. Gianina brings both her love for bringing smiles to the faces of all her family members and customers, and her passion to create both visually stunning and delicious desserts to every sweet treat we create here at Wicked Bakes!
